KY Dam Village SRP Junior Bassmaster Open

The recreation crew is proud to host the 1st Annual KY Dam Junior Bassmaster Open - Fishing Tournament! The recreation crew will be there to provide pointers, demonstrate the correct way to cast, and offer fishing tips. Some bait will be provided. This event is $5.00 to enter and open to the public! FREE FISHING DAY IN KENTUCKY as no license is required on this one day of the year! Fishing will be from 8-11 a.m. and a casting contest will begin at 11 a.m. with several prizes going to the winners in different age categories! Ages 7-10, 11-14, and 15-18. Door prizes will be drawn, and a FREE hotdog cookout at 12 NOON.

This event is geared toward ages 7 and up and a parent or guardian must be present at all times with any child under 13. A completed waiver of liability/release form will be required to participate.
